Looking back at Interschutz 2026
Interschutz 2026 once again proved to be a leading global event, welcoming over 140,000 visitors from 144 countries. At Holmatro, we look back at a successful exhibition. At our large inside booth, we showcased our latest innovations. And the Holmatro Rescue Challenge was a great learning event for both participants and viewers.
Inside Booth: latest innovations
During the exhibition, our 650 m² indoor booth featured 7 new innovations since the last edition in 2022. Highlights included:
- Next-Gen Pentheon: our battery-powered cutters, spreaders, (door) rams and combi tools
- Positive Pressure Ventilator: the firefighters’ fan
- OmniShore: the most compact yet complete shoring system
- T1 Forcible Entry Tool: the only hydraulic forcible entry tool that can cut, wedge, ram, spread, hammer, and lift.
Rescue Challenge
The third edition of the Holmatro Rescue Challenge showcasing real-life extrication performance on a global stage. 23 teams from 4 different continents took on scenarios built with latest Škoda cars. The three winning teams went home with fantastic prizes with a total value of € 60,000:
- Best Team Spirit: Industrial Fire and Rescue from Australia
- Best Technical Team: Inspectorate for Emergency Situation Mureș from Romania
- Best Overall Team: Bombers Generalitat Catalunya / GRAT from Spain
