When working with high pressure hydraulics, safety comes first. All Holmatro hoses are suitable to handle a working pressure up to 720 bar / 10.000 psi. Our hoses are designed on a 4:1 safety ratio. All hoses are individually tested during the production proces. Holmatro high-pressure hydraulic hoses for rerailing systems are available in different colors, matching colors on the outlets of either your remote-controlled pump unit or the control table & pump unit reduce the possibility of incorrect assembly and thus faulty operations. • Quick couplers & dust caps: outlets for traversing. • Flat face couplers: dust cap function incorporated: outlets for lifting. • Lifting and traverse cylinders have different couplings to avoid false connections. • Holmatro rerailing hoses are supplied in different colors that match the connections on the control valves (control table & pump unit or remote-controlled pump unit) for a better overview and to avoid false connection.
