Situation

Jebel Ali Port operated by DP World UAE Region, is the largest marine terminal in the Middle East and the flagship facility from DP World’s portfolio of over 77 marine terminals, spread across six continents. Strategically located in Dubai, Jebel Ali port provides market access to over 2 billion people.

Challenge

For general use in the harbor, there was a need for a powerful press that can press parts, bend steel plates, etc.

Solution

In collaboration with our distributor ESMA Industrial Enterprises, we developed a press equipped with a 300 ton double-acting cylinder with a stroke length of 300 mm.  The cylinder housing is provided with a flange to facilitate easy mounting in the press.
