Only genuine parts are used in repairs. Once they have received your tools they immediately determine its condition. The best course of action is then chosen in consultation with you.
For all repairs, we have one clear vision: repairs for safe and reliable use.

Send your warranty request to your local Holmatro service center, or send us an e-mail directly via [email protected]. Please be sure to indicate the article- and the serial number of the tool, the date of purchase, and a short description of the defect.

After receiving your request we will determine the best course of action to minimize your downtime.
