We provide our dealers with a wide selection of genuine spare parts and accessories to keep Holmatro Equipment running smoothly and efficiently. Our spare parts catalog features 3D drawings and visualizations of service sets, making it easier for DSTs to identify and select the right parts.

We supply a high-quality Compact Test Unit test frame with adapters and special tools to our DSTs, designed to meet the specific needs of our equipment. Together with detailed service instructions, helping them maintain and troubleshoot your equipment effectively.

We offer comprehensive training programs to ensure our Dealer Service Technicians (DSTs) are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to handle any issue that may arise with Holmatro Equipment. We keep the trained DSTs up to date by regular service newsletters, notifications and bulletins with updates and important information about the latest news on After Sales for Holmatro Equipment.

We provide onsite Dealer Service Training as well as recertification classes at our manufacturing facility in Glen Burnie, MD multiple times throughout the year.

Dedicated to our Pentheon Rescue tools, we supply advanced Holmatro Diagnostic Software to our dealers, enabling them to monitor and optimize the performance of Pentheon (Next-Gen) tools.  End-users with Pentheon  (Next-Gen) can see all battery information in one single overview. This makes battery management for your Pentheon series extremely easy! Within the overview, you can see the state of health of your battery, as well as the state of charge, performed cycles and software version.
