What I appreciate most about Holmatro tools is how they deliver speed, surprise, and incredibly quiet operation. When you’re entering a dwelling, not having that overwhelming noise lets you focus on the task and stay a step ahead. The standoff capability is a real advantage too, and with some of our latest innovations, individual officers now have the means to make safe entries—a job that often used to require a whole team. These features make a real difference in the field, and I take a lot of pride in knowing our tools help first responders do their best work safely and efficiently. My name is John “Ski” Czerwinski, and I am the Law Enforcement Regional Sales Manager for Holmatro.

I’m a 27-year veteran of law enforcement. That same passion led me to Holmatro—a place where innovation is more than just a word and everyone’s dedication truly stands out. With nearly 30 years in law enforcement—including five years on patrol with the Milwaukee Police Department and then advancing to assistant SWAT team commander at the Walworth County Sheriff’s Department—I’ve seen firsthand how much teamwork and doing things the right way matter. At Holmatro, we’re united by the belief that every improvement counts. Even a small step forward can have a big impact, much like how first responders rely on each other’s strengths to achieve the best results for those they serve.
