Guillotine Power Cable Cutter

The Holmatro Hydraulic Cable Cutters, featuring guillotine-style blades, offer a highly effective and safe solution for cutting and shortening large electric power cables. Unlike grinding or sewing, these cutters provide a safer alternative with less risk.

Designed for high-performance use, they operate at a maximum working pressure of 700 bar (10,000 psi),
delivering powerful, precise, and efficient cutting across a wide range of industrial applications — including
(offshore) installation, dismantling, demolition, and decommissioning projects.

Additionally, these cutters can be used in all positions, including underwater, providing versatility in different working conditions.

The latest addition to the Holmatro family of Guillotine cutters is the HCC210, which was developed in close cooperation with Van Oord, well known for their authority in the OffShore Wind Park installation business, offering an ideal solution for efficient cutting of cables, umbilicals, and flexibles with diameters up to 210 mm in production, installation, and decommissioning environments.
