SERVICE CENTER Maintenance, repairs

A Holmatro Service Center has facilities and equipment to carry out maintenance & repairs for Holmatro and any other 700bar brand tools, according to the Holmatro standard for ‘repair for safe and reliable use.’

  • Its service focuses on maintenance & repairs for any high-pressure hydraulic tool brand.
  • Min 1 to max. 6 people are Holmatro-trained Service Technicians in maintenance and repairs
  • Holds spare parts stock to quickly fulfill your service needs, reducing your downtime.

PREMIUM SERVICE CENTER Maintenance, repairs, inspections & certifications

A Holmatro Premium Service Center has facilities and equipment to conduct maintenance, repairs, inspections & certifications for Holmatro and for any other 700bar brand tools, according to the Holmatro standard for ‘repair for safe and reliable use.’

  • Besides maintenance & repair: inspection and certification on all high-pressure hydraulic tools & brands up to 60T. or 150T capacity.
  • Min 1 to max. 6 people are Holmatro-trained Service Technicians in maintenance, repair, inspection, and certification.
  • Holds a large spare parts stock to quickly fulfill your service needs: reducing your downtime, frustration & cost inefficiency.

How we test

Our years of experience have taught us that there is only one correct way to determine if a hydraulic system is safe to use: dynamic testing. Dynamic testing involves simulating a maximum-use situation of the hydraulic cylinder over the complete stroke in a controlled environment. By doing so, any hidden defects can be identified early on, ensuring the reliability, safety, & lifespan of your tools.

  • This testing method is specifically designed for high-pressure hydraulics exceeding 500 Bar / 7.250 Psi
  • With a safety margin of 105% over the system’s maximum pressure.

*Holmatro’s dynamic testing procedures comply with (and in lifting is even more comprehensive than) the Guidelines Work Equipment 2009/104/EG, HSE LOLER 1998 (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) and many other EU member state directives.
