Personal data shall be destroyed the moment that your personal data is no  longer required for the purpose it was collected. For purposes in regard to the technical and functional management of the website, the data shall be retained for no longer than 24 months after the visit to the website, unless specific conditions warrant a longer retention period.

We will remove your job application data no later than 4 weeks after the end of the application process, unless you have given us permission to keep your data for a period of up to 1 year.

6. What are your rights and how can you get in touch with us?

As the person concerned, you have the right to examine the personal data Holmatro holds about you without any additional charges. In addition, you have the right to correct, supplement, delete and limit the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to transfer your personal data and the right to object to data processing.

If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to remove your consent at any moment. You may withdraw your consent for the use of personal data by informing us by using the form on our website.
