Working methods differ at each foundry. Whereas one foundry works with conveyor belts at hip height, the other works low near the floor. With Holmatro's multiaxial foundry wedge, one can work at any required working height and repositioning castings is reduced to a minimum. Taxing postures and risky, heavy manipulations are now history. The unique construction of the suspension system enables the wedge to be positioned simply and ergonomically in any required direction, including vertically.

Handlebar-shaped operating handle for the flexible movement and steering of the wedge
Holmatro's Multi-rotatable foundry wedge is fi tted with an ergonomic handlebar-shaped operating handle which supports fl exible positioning of the wedge in different directions. Whether it be positioning horizontally, vertically or in a different direction, the wedge can be placed at any required angle with just a simple light movement. The user-friendly operating handle also drives the pump. Because both ends of the operating handle are fitted with a push-button control, the pump can be easily and safely activated by both right-handed and left-handed users.
Durable and maintenance-friendly
The wedge's blades are durable and can be quickly replaced for maintenance or replacement. No tools are needed; with a few simple operations you can replace the blades within 30 seconds!
