Carrying handles with integrated LED lighting
Available on 4000-series cutters, spreaders and combi tools. Never work in your own shadow again. Provides illumination when rescue scene lighting is absent, e.g. during rapid interventions.
i-Bolt Technology: revolutionary central bolt construction
Available on 4000-series cutters and combi tools. The central bolt is sunk into the blade holder. This results in a flatter design which provides better access in narrow spaces. Other advantages are less blade separation and a more efficient cutting process. This is because the i-Bolt squeezes the blades directly as opposed to a conventional bolt construction. A conventional bolt first squeezes the aluminium blade holder and the blades within indirectly.
Speed Valve
Standard on all 4000-series spreaders and rams. Tools open significantly faster. This enables faster tool positioning which helps to speed up the extrication process.
